YOUR DATA. YOUR WORKFLOW.

From inputs to a useful next step.

  1. 01

    Establish the stock position

Align stock, demand and lead-time data at the product and location level required.

  2. 02

    Compare policies

Model agreed replenishment choices under expected and stressed demand.

  3. 03

    Review the trade-off

Inspect service, cash and cost consequences before choosing a policy.

An example scope to discuss, configured or built around your process.

THE BUSINESS PROBLEM

Make inventory optimisation part of a connected process.

Lower stock can release cash while increasing service risk. A useful inventory discussion makes those trade-offs visible instead of optimising a single headline number.

START WITH

The information behind the work.

  • Stock, demand and replenishment history
  • Lead times and supplier constraints
  • Service targets, costs and policy assumptions

Use agreed API connections, Excel imports or on-screen inputs. Access, mapping and refresh requirements are confirmed during scoping.

WORK TOWARDS

Outputs your team can use.

  • Stock policy comparisons
  • Modelled service and cash implications
  • Items requiring planner review

We agree roles, ownership, review steps and required reporting before preparing the application.

The forecast becomes more useful when we connect it to an operational choice. Under expected demand, the balanced stock policy models around three hundred and nine thousand pounds of additional warehouse contribution and one point four six million pounds of additional cash, compared with the current policy. The held-out replay gives a more restrained result: around one hundred and thirty-three thousand pounds of additional contribution and one point zero six million pounds of additional cash. Under high-demand stress, the balanced policy loses ground. A more resilient policy protects service better in the replay, but commits substantially more cash. These are conditional scenarios. They help management weigh service, stock and cash before choosing a policy, and identify the assumptions to monitor afterwards.

START WITH YOUR PROCESS

Tell us what you want to achieve.

Share your requirements. No card or commitment.

Describe the result you need and the information you work with. We can help you identify a suitable existing application or scope a tailored pilot.

  1. Share the problem and your data sources.
  2. Discuss the workflow and a practical starting point.
  3. Agree the scope, costs and trial route.
No card is needed to make an enquiry.

A card is required when you start a trial. An enquiry does not start a subscription or commit you to a project.

EVALUATE THE RIGHT FIT

Try the application before committing to the next step.

Both assisted routes include a 30 day free trial, starting after onboarding and environment setup. Card required at signup. No charge until your 30 day trial ends.

Existing app that fits

Start without an implementation fee.

If an existing application meets your requirements without additional mapping or implementation, implementation and the 30 day trial are free. Normal subscription charges begin after the trial, under your agreed terms.

Mapping or custom work needed

Agree the full quote before the pilot.

We agree the application, mapping, workflows and implementation quote upfront. We then prepare the agreed pilot for your 30 day free trial. If you choose to proceed afterwards, the quoted implementation fee and monthly subscription become payable.

We confirm the pilot deliverables, preparation, trial start and decision process together. Any work beyond the agreed pilot scope is discussed separately.

BEFORE YOU START

A few practical answers.

Define the business need and the pilot before committing to implementation.

Will the application place orders automatically?+

The initial scope can support review and approval without placing orders. Any connection that writes back to purchasing or replenishment systems must be separately agreed, including permissions and approval controls.

Is this application ready to use immediately?+

We first confirm whether an existing application fits. Your fields, source mapping, roles or workflow may require configuration or custom work. The agreed assisted trial begins after onboarding and environment setup.

How much will the application cost?+

We confirm the subscription, any implementation work and the pilot scope before you start. An existing app that fits has free implementation. Where mapping or custom work is needed, the implementation quote is agreed upfront and becomes payable with the monthly subscription if you choose to proceed after the trial.

See platform plans and trial options
Can we start with spreadsheet reporting instead?+

Yes. The standard platform provides spreadsheet uploads, reporting, AI analysis, visual creation and DataApps after signup. That is a separate starting point from a prepared application.
